Cupcake towers

Here are two examples of our cupcake towers. For an intimate wedding at Repulse Bay, we delivered 60 cupcakes (red velvet and lemon flavored ones) and decorated two of our cupcake towers with them. Our cupcake towers are the perfect way to present our cupcakes for an intimate party. For another special 60th birthday, we made 120 customized birthday plaques and decorated each and every cupcake with them. We then finally placed all of them on our red ribbon lined cupcake tower for a stunning presentation!

Anna's wedding!

For a beautiful and intimate wedding at the Hong Kong Yacht Club, we made a beautiful cupcake tower filled with our chocolate and red velvet cupcakes. We also made a cake topper made with our dark chocolate cake and buttercream and covered it with white fondant and orange and pink gerberas to match the table setting! We also sent over a hundred chocolate and vanilla macarons for the guests to take away as party favors!

Perfect for a celebration with your colleagues!

One of our cupcake fans celebrated her recent wedding by treating her colleagues 110 of our delicious cupcakes! We sent these beautiful cupcakes over yesterday for the perfect little celebration and afternoon tea snack for the people at L'Oreal!

Duncan and Stephanie's wedding party favors!

For Duncan and Stephanie's beautiful wedding at the Country Club, we created 280 of these beautiful mini wedding cakes. Here, each wedding cake is made of tangy fresh lemon zest cake, filled with classic French lemon buttercream and covered with fondant. We dyed the fondant in shades of cream, lemony yellow and pink. The cakes were then decorated with green, cream and pink ribbons. All of the color scheme we matched to the flower arrangements of their wedding day! We also piped mini buttercream roses and leaves onto each and every miniature wedding cake. These cakes took a team of three chefs and I working around the clock for one week straight to finish! They're delicious and stunningly beautiful!

Macaroons!

Since our tray of macaroons looked so beautifully scrumptious, I knew I had to blog it immediately. Our macaroons currently come in 9 flavors: Caramel, Lemon, Coffee, Chocolate, Rose, Raspberry, Strawberry, Pistachio and Vanilla. I'm slowly working on adding to our repertoire so stayed tuned. We strive to make our macaroons crispy on the outer layer and soft and chewy on the inside. Perfect as a light little snack or as a party favor giveaway, they've been hugely popular at our new Queen's Road East location! For a plated delight, check out our Ispahan ice cream coupe at our Graham street shop! It's beautifully plated with lychee ice cream, mini raspberry filled ispahans and raspberry foam!

For a special event a while back, we did these adorable cupcakes topped with different musical instruments. Here's an example of an edible fondant violin we did to top off our delicious red velvet cupcake!

Perfect for the hot summer!

Now that it's really hot out, you're probably thinking of that perfectly light pastry. Nothing too rich, every bit just right. Well lately our Ispahans have been selling like hot cakes, here are a few larger sized ones that we did recently for a big birthday party. This beautiful creation was created by Pierre Herme and we do it here at Sift as a tribute to him. They're light pink macaroons, filled with fresh rose buttercream, lychees, raspberries and topped off with fresh rose petals. They're perfect for a hot summer's day!

Couture cookie party favors

For an awesome night out with the girls or any kind of special occasion... bridal shower, bachelorette party.. you name it! Check out these beautiful couture party favors. Here we did a rendition of a YSL handbag and Jimmy Choo and Christian Louboutin pumps. What more would a girl want??

Mini wedding cakes!

To truly treat your guests to something extremely special, check out these adorable mini wedding cakes. Each wedding cake is lovingly crafted and stands at roughly only 4 inches tall. We can customized the design to any kind of flavor, color, sugar or piped buttercream flower you like. In this example here we made a delicious lemony cake, filled with French lemon buttercream and coated with a pink fondant. We then piped a delicate cream rose and matching green vines to top off this stunningly delectable creation!

Shout out to our fans at Pure

I'm making this entry as a huge Thank You to our fans at Pure. Every two weeks or so we send our fans at Pure boxes of cupcakes. Two weeks ago if any of you attended the Evolution Yoga conference we sent over 100 cupcakes and today we sent out boxes of 300 cupcakes to each of the 9 Pure locations all over town! Perfect post lunch dessert or afternoon tea snack!

Frog cupcakes

For a special birthday we made a bunch of customized cupcakes with a 3d edible frog on top. Each cupcake was decorated with our delicious rose flavored macaroons.

Wedding favors

For a beautiful wedding at The Helena May, we made 100 delicious chocolate cupcakes all individually packaged in our special cupcake party favor boxes. We stuck a customized "MP" sticker on each box and tied it with a matching pink ribbon. A perfect gift for each guest to take home!
