More mini wedding cakes
For a beautiful wedding coming in our pipeline, we designed these beautiful wedding cakes for the bride and groom to be. We made these beautifully delectable cakes out of our famous red velvet cake and cream cheese frosting. To coordinate with the wedding bouquet colors of ivory, cream and green we first dyed the fondant into a pale ivory color, decorated the cakes with green ribbon and topped the cake with hand piped cream roses and green leaves. We also made a small plaque with the couple's initials piped on top. These cakes will be individually packaged and given to each and every guest as a perfectly sweet gift to take home with them !

Color coordinated mini cupcakes!
For a beautiful wedding at the Peninsula, we are sending over a couple hundred of these adorable mini cupcakes in flavors of luscious chocolate, oreo, vanilla and lemon. We color coordinated all the icing colors to the invitation the bride sent us earlier on. For certain flavors, we can dye the icing into any color you choose to perfectly match the theme you might have for any special event!

Beautiful cupcakes at a lunch for ladies
We sent this beautiful cupcake tower today amidst the rainy weather to a very special birthday party held at Duocento otto 208. We made 2 dozen cupcakes all topped with special floral piping and a purple sugar peony on top of each cupcake. We also made a mini 2 tier cake specially for the birthday girl (the cake was made of our delicious madagascar bourbon vanilla cake) with a purple sugar peony on top!

Cupcakes for Monocle event
Here at Sift we love the Monocle magazine and were more than delighted when our nearby newly opened Monocle shop asked us to do 140 customized cupcakes for their special product launch event. We made an assortment of our flavors and topped each one with their signature Monocle logo !! Ask now about how we can customize our products to fit any of your product launch or corporate event.
Cookie party favors for 100 day birthday
Ski themed cupcake tower
Along with the golf themed cupcake tower we also sent out this beautiful ski themed cupcake tower as well! Being a huge ski / snowboard fan myself, this was particularly fun to make ! We made a tower of cupcakes all with white toppings (cream cheese frosting, meringue and coconut) to evoke the snowy mountains theme. We also made sugar decorations in the shape of ski mittens, pine trees and skis. To top it all of we also made a coconut cake topper and decorated the topper and the sides with snowy pine trees and a skier as well!
Golf themed cupcake tower
For a special birthday this past week we made a golf themed cupcake tower complete with green colored oreo and vanilla cupcakes decorated with mini white golf ball decorations and red velvet cupcakes with silver ball decorations. We also made a very special cake topper where we piped green "grass" onto the top and the sides and also hand made some fondant decorations that consisted of a golf bag, golf stick, flag and golf ball. A very special cupcake tower for a special golf afficionado!

New dessert plates at Sift graham street!
There are two new dessert plates at our graham street dessert bar location that we've recently added to welcome September! One if a variation of strawberries which includes a classic British favorite: Eton Mess. We bake mini meringues then crush it up with strawberries, strawberry puree and fresh whipped cream. We pair the Eton Mess with a crumbly buttermilk shortcake with again fresh strawberries, whipped cream and a homemade strawberry sorbet. Our second dessert is a banana nutella crepe reinvented. We make buttery homemade crepes and layer it with bananas and chocolate sauce. The crepe is also paired with homemade banana ice cream, a praline pastry cream (we even make the praline paste in house) cigarette tuille cookie and a chocolate hazelnut decor. It's a great pairing of contrasting flavors and textures!

Corporate events and corporate gift giving
We cater to many corporate events every week and we'd like to highlight two we did today. We are sending Arkadin 600 macarons packaged in boxes and bags to give to their special clients. We also sent 350 cupcakes decorated to Thomson Reuters for a special event! Some cupcakes were packaged into boxes to give away to colleagues others were placecd on two of our cupcake towers! Our cupcakes and macarons are perfect for any kind of corporate event or gift. We can always handcraft or print your logo on any of our items and offer customized packaging as well!

Engagement party at Sift Dessert Bar
We held another beautiful event at Graham Street last night. We again collaborated with Seesawsed for the invitation cards and Tiffany flowers for the floral arrangements. The place was beautifully decorated and highlighted by 200 pcs of our mini pastries (opera, assorted mille feuille, hazelnut crunch, strawberry tarts etc), macarons, our signature Sift chocolate cake for the engagement cake and a tower of our beautiful cupcakes. Our graham street dessert bar is really perfect for a small gathering of friends for any special occasion and we can even customize certain dessert wines to offer the perfect wine pairing to our desserts!

New dessert item: Hazelnut puff !
We have just created an absolutely delicious new dessert item for the fall ! (Stay tuned as we continue to introduce new items for this fall season!). Here we have created a delicious choux pastry which we have grated sugar dough on top for extra crunch. We then filled the choux pastry with our own praline paste and also a praline flavored pastry cream. It's our tribute to ferrero rocher, utterly delectable!
Customized desserts !
We are catering to another awesome fashion event with one of our favorite fashion companies imaginex! This time we are even customizing the desserts! They wanted something pear themed so we sent over 120 pear tarts baked in a french butter pate brisee shell filled with almond vanilla bean cream, topped with vanilla pastry cream and chopped pears poached in vanilla bean syrup.
