So many cupcakes!!!

We just had our busiest week in our 5.5 year history. Baking close to 13,000 cupcakes this past week, it's been manic at our central kitchen!! Check out some of the awesome events we catered to recently !!

We did a whole slew of corporate orders for various companies that we shipped to various locations in Hong Kong. We've also been mad packaging all sorts of party favor cupcake boxes for various weddings and birthday events.

Finally it's also been a busy wedding weekend for cupcake towers and we sent numerous towers to Hyatt Regency in Shatin, Megabox and the peak.

Customized, corporate and christmas cupcakes

Check out some recent awesome cupcakes we did for a farewell party complete with Hong Kong and Singapore flags. We're also entering mad corporate gift giving season!! (Stay tuned for more photos. Next week we're averaging 2000 cupcakes a day so it's real madness here) Check out these awesome cupcakes we did for State Street Advisors. Wedding and anniversary events

We've catered to a slew of wedding events recently averaging 5 - 6 a week. Here are a few we'd like to highlight. We've been mad folding and packaging cupcakes into our party favor boxes and here are a few ribbon tied samples. We've also been sending out oodles of our cupcake towers complete with customized monogram plaques and sugar flowers. We also catered to a beautiful Casablanca themed event at the American club for a special wedding anniversary.

Baby shower events

We're having the busiest December yet and in the midst of it all we've catered to a few fabulous baby shower events! Check out these fabulous baby shower cookies and baby shower themed cupcakes. Both cookies and cupcakes were individually packaged for guests to take home!

Getting ready for Christmas

We're entering our busiest month of the year and all 4 locations are buzzing with all sorts of exciting Christmas orders, weddings and other special occasion events. We've been busy doing all sorts of gift packages for various events and here are a few we'd like to highlight. We sent out hundreds of cookies to first a corporate event for OTO body care. WE are also sending oodles of cookie party favors to a princess themed party this weekend. Check out these customized princess and shield cookie party favors! We're also preparing for a tonne of wedding events involving all sorts of cupcake party favors and cupcake towers! STay tuned for more exciting news and all sorts of christmas decorations!

Oodles of weddings and corporate events

We had a busy weekend this past week as we slowly get back into the rhythm of things. We catered to 3 weddings for macaron party favors and wrapped over a 1000 macarons in different individual packages!

In other wedding news we also sent this tower of delicious strawberry and lemon cupcakes over to Domani for an intimate wedding celebration! We topped the cupcake tower with our chocolate cake wrapped in pink fondant and pink macarons (unfortunately given how busy we've gotten we actually are no longer doing these cake toppers anymore)

Finally for a fabulous Ted Baker event over the entire weekend we sent over 600 mini cupcakes to their store in the New Territories. They were perfectly mini and delectable and went down a treat!

Other than being swamped with our new shop opening we've also busy catered to a tonne of wedding events

Sift Prince's Building!

We are super duper behind on our blog updating but that's cause we've been crazy busy with our new shop opening at Prince's Building! We are uber excited for this new location and seems like all Sift fans are too! Check out how beautiful the cupcakes look on their display case. Cupcakes have been flying off the shelf and we've been selling close to 1000 items there daily! Come visit us soon!

More customized cupcakes: Laduree color inspired cupcakes

For a fabulous birthday party we brought back an old favorite: Laduree color inspired cupcakes! We made oodles of vanilla cupcakes and dyed them into signature Laduree inspired colors: pastel green, pink and yellow. We also added handcrafted sugar butterflies on top of the cupcakes as well!

Customized cupcakes, weddings and corporate events

We did these beautiful customized pink oreo cupcakes with customized breast cancer ribbons. Great looking and for a great cause! The morning we also sent over 300 cupcakes to various Ageas locations for an awesome cupcake Friday.

We catered to a few weddings and here's a photo example of one cupcake tower we sent to a wedding up at the peak. We topped the tower with a red velvet cake topper lined with pink macarons and filled the tower with oreo, chocolate and snowball cupcakes.

Mini cupcakes and pastries for various weddings

We had a busy day today filled with oodles of mini cupcakes and mini pastries. Check out how perfectly scrumptious they look. We also set up two wedding cupcake towers, one showcasing regular sized cupcakes and the other mini ones.

Halloween just around the corner!!

Yes its's that time of the year again and here at Sift we're excited that Halloween is soon upon us! Check out our customized Halloween themed handcrafted sugar pumpkins, ghosts and bats. We also do a variety of Halloween themed cookies as well! Give us a call and ask us for details!

Corporate events, macarons packages and weddings

It's another manic Friday here at Sift with another 1000+ cupcakes out the door! We first catered bright and early to a corporate event at Bayer Pharmaceutical. For their event for Qiara, we sent over oodles of macaron packages complete with "Qiara" logo. We also sent over this beautiful color coded cupcake tower and red velvet cake topper as well! (FYI, we have a new round of early bird chefs now and can cater to many events bright and early with cupcakes fresh out of the oven!)

We also catered to a few weddings and mini cupcakes and pastries were the highlight this weekend! We also did these beautiful customized purple rose and chocolate macarons! All 300+ of them were individually packaged and tied with a matching silver ribbon!

Sift Graham Street featured in brand new Louis Vuitton city guide!!

We had some very exciting news today! Louis Vuitton has selected our Graham Street location to be featured in the new edition of Louis Vuitton's Hong Kong and Macau City Guide. It's the first time Louis Vuitton City Guide is stopping off in Hong Kong and Macau and we are thrilled to be featured!!
