Oodles of cupcakes for baby's 100th day birthday !
We did hundreds of these beautiful purple and pink themed cupcakes (comprised of our delicious vanilla and strawberry cupcakes) and had them individually packaged in our party favor boxes with customized matching pink and purple ribbons! Everything was delivered to a fabulous 100th day birthday party at Royal Garden this morning!

We are very excited to introduce another pastry item today!
Our "Summer cherry and peach verrine" is perfect for summer!
Presented to you in a beautiful glass, it's layered first with a white peach gelee, a roasted almond
infused mascarpone cream, rainier cherries, almond joconde and a crunchy almond croustillant for extra texture!

Customized cupcake towers
We catered to a few weddings this weekend in the summer heat. Here are two photo examples to shares with you! We sent the first cupcake tower to the Grand Hyatt Pool House, filled with chocolate, mocha, strawberry, red velvet and lemon meringue cupcakes. All cupcakes were topped with customized monogram plaques. In the second photo you 'll find a cupcake tower we sent to the football club this morning. This cupcake tower was decorated with alternate layers of lemon meringue and red velvet cupcakes. All cupcakes were topped with customized monogram plaques as well!

Birthday bash at Graham Street!
Our Graham Street location is home to many fabulous events and yesterday we hosted an awesome birthday party!
We put together a buffet of all sorts of delectable mini pastries, macarons and cookies.
We also put together this beautiful pink, black and gold themed mini cupcake tower filled with Chocolate banana, strawberry and vanilla cupcakes sprinkled with gold sugar balls.
To top off these adorable mini cupcakes, we made a cake topper out of our red velvet cake flavor, dyed to match the pink and black birthday theme!

Sift's 4th location opening this October!!
Yes it's official!! We're opening our 4th location this October in Prince's Building shop 240 and 241!!! Get as excited as we are about this newest location. Given the ongoing increase in demand we've gotten many requests for a location closer to Central and you asked and we listened!! Check out shop renderings! As with our last 2 patisseries we are again collaborating with Joyce Wang of MICA design. The new shop space features a sleek, modern look complete with cantilevered, wavelike display cases that will feature even more of our famous cupcakes, macarons and pastries! Stay tuned for more exciting news coming up !
Birthday cupcakes!
This week's event included a 6-tier birthday cupcake tower that we sent to a fabulous birthday party over at Fook Lam Moon. The tower was filled with Oreo, Snowball, Red Velvet, Hazelnut Chocolate Crunch and Salty Caramel flavored cupcakes!!!
We also did a tonne of cookie monster themed cupcakes for another birthday celebration. Check these out! Cupcakes were complete with freshly baked chocolate chipped cookies and specially piped blue vanilla icing to mimick cookie monster's signature look !

Customized wedding cupcakes
For a wedding in the pipeline check out these beautiful pink, white and silver themed cupcakes and cookie party favors. For our cupcakes, we piped strawberry icing on top of vanilla cupcakes, dotted it with silver pearls as well as the bride and groom's customized monogram. Our oreo cupcake was also decorated with silver pearls and a handpiped strawberry flavor buttercream rose! We can customize our cupcakes to cater to any design you might have on your special day !

New pastry item and more corporate orders!
For this hot summer weather we're introducing a delicious classic, our blueberry mascarpone cheesecake:
a silky smooth mascarpone cheesecake redolent of vanilla is topped with a fresh blueberry compote and
blueberries. To give an extra crunch, we've also added our very own homemade graham cracker cookie bottom
spiked with cinnamon and smoothed with honey. It's absolutely delectable so come check it out!

Weekend wedding
This weekend we catered to another wedding event in which our strawberry
and snowball cupcakes were featured in a 6-tier tower.
To top off these beautiful cupcakes we also made a cake topper out of our red velvet cake flavor!
In another event, we also wrapped individual macaroons with white and pink ribbon as party favors.
