More customized cupcakes: Laduree color inspired cupcakes

For a fabulous birthday party we brought back an old favorite: Laduree color inspired cupcakes! We made oodles of vanilla cupcakes and dyed them into signature Laduree inspired colors: pastel green, pink and yellow. We also added handcrafted sugar butterflies on top of the cupcakes as well!

Customized cupcakes, weddings and corporate events

We did these beautiful customized pink oreo cupcakes with customized breast cancer ribbons. Great looking and for a great cause! The morning we also sent over 300 cupcakes to various Ageas locations for an awesome cupcake Friday.

We catered to a few weddings and here's a photo example of one cupcake tower we sent to a wedding up at the peak. We topped the tower with a red velvet cake topper lined with pink macarons and filled the tower with oreo, chocolate and snowball cupcakes.

We had a busy day today filled with oodles of mini cupcakes and mini pastries. Check out how perfectly scrumptious they look. We also set up two wedding cupcake towers, one showcasing regular sized cupcakes and the other mini ones.

Halloween just around the corner!!

Yes its's that time of the year again and here at Sift we're excited that Halloween is soon upon us! Check out our customized Halloween themed handcrafted sugar pumpkins, ghosts and bats. We also do a variety of Halloween themed cookies as well! Give us a call and ask us for details!

Corporate events, macarons packages and weddings

It's another manic Friday here at Sift with another 1000+ cupcakes out the door! We first catered bright and early to a corporate event at Bayer Pharmaceutical. For their event for Qiara, we sent over oodles of macaron packages complete with "Qiara" logo. We also sent over this beautiful color coded cupcake tower and red velvet cake topper as well! (FYI, we have a new round of early bird chefs now and can cater to many events bright and early with cupcakes fresh out of the oven!)

We also catered to a few weddings and mini cupcakes and pastries were the highlight this weekend! We also did these beautiful customized purple rose and chocolate macarons! All 300+ of them were individually packaged and tied with a matching silver ribbon!

Sift Graham Street featured in brand new Louis Vuitton city guide!!

We had some very exciting news today! Louis Vuitton has selected our Graham Street location to be featured in the new edition of Louis Vuitton's Hong Kong and Macau City Guide. It's the first time Louis Vuitton City Guide is stopping off in Hong Kong and Macau and we are thrilled to be featured!!

Fun wedding weekend !!

We are in the midst of a very busy wedding weekend here at Sift, catering to quite a few weddings across town. Here are some fun pics to share. We made 800 macarons for beautiful wedding at Grand Hyatt along with a beautiful cupcake tower to match.

We also sent this red color themed cupcake tower filled with red velvet and dyed red lemon cupcakes.

For another fabulous wedding at Four Seasons we sent these beautiful customized purple buttercream rose dotted mini cupcakes and piled them beautifully on one of our cupcake stands. The cupcake stand played a center role in this beautiful flower decorated dessert buffet table.

NARS private party

We hosted a fun event for cosmetic brand NARS at Sift Graham Street. We did a tower of mini cupcakes along with an assortment of our scrumptious French pastries and macarons. Our Graham Street location is ideal for such small gatherings and we can customize dessert buffet spreads for you as well!

Construction has begun at our Prince's Building location!!

Here at Sift we're busy and excited getting everything ready for our 4th location at Prince's Building to open! Construction has begun and check out how fabulous our hoarding looks surrounded by photos of our fabulous cakes! We'll keep you posted with its developments! Can not wait to see all of you there!!

Fun customized birthday cupcakes

Check out these adorable animal themed cupcakes that we did for Lo's 1st birthday. We sent oodles of these cupcakes to her fabulous birthday party and set them up beautifully on one of our 3 tier cupcake towers!

Corporate event

We're a bit behind on our blog entries but we've had an extremely busy week juggling between our usual orders and preparation of our 4th shop! Yes everyone construction starts next week and we are uber uber excited here for our Prince's Building location to open!!

Here are a few highlights from this week! We catered to a bunch of corporate events and we feature two highlights here! We first catered to a fabulous "Fashion Night Out" event at Stella with hundreds of delicious red velvet and strawberry mini cupcakes all topped with a "I heart Stella" plaque! These were beautifully presented at their awesome Landmark Stella Mccartney flagship shop!

In other corporate news we also sent this fun colorful cupcake tower to a 2nd year anniversary for HSBC's CLG department !
