Chinese New Year cupcakes 2012

We had a manic Chinese New Year this year and not until now did we have the opportunity to upload pictures of some of the customized Chinese New Year cupcakes we did for our clients. We sent out over a 1000 cupcakes for various corporate orders. Check out these customized cupcakes we did for Deutsche Bank and UBS.

Newly improved chocolate tart

Check out our new version of chocolate tarte: crumbly pate brisee shell, filled with a layer of chocolate genoise, praline crunch, guanaja 70% chocolate ganache, topped with chocolate dentelle pieces. It's a dark chocolate lover's dream!
