Musical instrument cupcakes

For a special event a while back, we did these adorable cupcakes topped with different musical instruments. Here's an example of an edible fondant violin we did to top off our delicious red velvet cupcake!

Perfect for the hot summer!

Now that it's really hot out, you're probably thinking of that perfectly light pastry. Nothing too rich, every bit just right. Well lately our Ispahans have been selling like hot cakes, here are a few larger sized ones that we did recently for a big birthday party. This beautiful creation was created by Pierre Herme and we do it here at Sift as a tribute to him. They're light pink macaroons, filled with fresh rose buttercream, lychees, raspberries and topped off with fresh rose petals. They're perfect for a hot summer's day!

Couture cookie party favors

For an awesome night out with the girls or any kind of special occasion... bridal shower, bachelorette party.. you name it! Check out these beautiful couture party favors. Here we did a rendition of a YSL handbag and Jimmy Choo and Christian Louboutin pumps. What more would a girl want??

Mini wedding cakes!

To truly treat your guests to something extremely special, check out these adorable mini wedding cakes. Each wedding cake is lovingly crafted and stands at roughly only 4 inches tall. We can customized the design to any kind of flavor, color, sugar or piped buttercream flower you like. In this example here we made a delicious lemony cake, filled with French lemon buttercream and coated with a pink fondant. We then piped a delicate cream rose and matching green vines to top off this stunningly delectable creation!

Shout out to our fans at Pure

I'm making this entry as a huge Thank You to our fans at Pure. Every two weeks or so we send our fans at Pure boxes of cupcakes. Two weeks ago if any of you attended the Evolution Yoga conference we sent over 100 cupcakes and today we sent out boxes of 300 cupcakes to each of the 9 Pure locations all over town! Perfect post lunch dessert or afternoon tea snack!

Frog cupcakes

For a special birthday we made a bunch of customized cupcakes with a 3d edible frog on top. Each cupcake was decorated with our delicious rose flavored macaroons.

Wedding favors

For a beautiful wedding at The Helena May, we made 100 delicious chocolate cupcakes all individually packaged in our special cupcake party favor boxes. We stuck a customized "MP" sticker on each box and tied it with a matching pink ribbon. A perfect gift for each guest to take home!
