For a special event at Asia Society, we made 400 mini cupcakes including our very new flavor Lemon Meringue! It's my favorite flavor to date. Fluffy fresh lemon zest cake is filled with homemade zesty lemon curd and topped off with a swiss meringue topping. It's light and tangy perfect for Summer!

For Nancy and Dominic's wedding, we made this beautiful cupcake tower decorated with handmade purple sugar flowers. The top cake topper is made of our best seller red velvet cake layered with madagascar bourbon vanilla cream cheese frosting. We then covered it with white fondant and decorated it with purple flowers and silver beads. The bottom layers were dotted with our delicious oreo and chocolate banana cupcakes. Each cupcake was again decorated with matching edible sugar purple flowers.
