We're catering again to our friends at Club Monaco and this time we're sending over 300 delectable mini bite sized cupcakes to their flag ship store on Queen's Road East. We did an assortment of chocolate, oreo, mocha, vanilla, vanilla chocolate, carrot, red velvet, lemon, lemon meringue, s'mores, snowball, coconut, chocolate banana, strawberry flavored cupcakes. Check out how adorably delicious each one of them looks!
Check out these adorable cupcakes we did for a baby shower today. Each of our yummilicious cupcakes are topped with handcrafted baby pink and baby blue milk bottles and pacifiers. Perfect to round off a perfectly sweet baby shower celebration!

For a beautiful and intimate wedding at one of my favorite hotels, The Peninsula, we sent over this beautiful cupcake tower filled with our delicious coconut (coconut cream cheese frosting, freshly grated coconut on vanilla cake) cupcake, our chocolate banana (fresh banana cake topped with dark valrhona chocolate buttercream) and our signature red velvet cupcake (light chocolate cake dyed red with madagascar bourbon vanilla cream cheese frosting). We lined the cupcake tower with chocolate dark brown ribbon and decorated each cupcake with adorable "Eat me" tags.
We've been mad baking, packaging and ribbon tying tonnes and tonnes of cupcakes to be sent to different clients for our corporate customers. Here's a bunch we're sending out for our dear customers at Deutsche Bank! We baked boxes of red velvet, chocolate banana and chocolate cupcakes to be sent to various locations around Central!

It's chinese new year time and we're in the midst of crazy cupcake baking! We've been sending out all sorts of CNY corporate packages to our corporate customers for them to give out to their clients ! We were there for Betty's wedding, the birth of her first born and now we helped celebrate the 100 day birthday of her adorable baby girl! We sent over 4 dozen of these beautiful cupcakes in chocolate, oreo and red velvet flavors. We decorated each cupcake with fondant sugar flowers and packaged them in our special party favor cupcake boxes. We also ribbon tied each cupcake with a pretty ribbon to match the pink theme! The perfectly delectable giveaway for each and every guest!

For Jennifer and Tim's wedding at the Hong Kong Country Club, we put together a beautiful cupcake tower lined with red and purple ribbons matching their color theme. The cupcake tower was filled with a 100 of our award winning moist red velvet cupcakes, topped with madagascar bourbon vanilla cream cheese frosting!

I get so busy blogging all our patisserie products I forget to make entries of our award winning dessert bar! Here are some beautiful photos taken at our dessert bar of some of our stunningly delectable plated creations. Featured here are our signature chocolate cake and two new items: a strawberry vanilla cream (which is a quadruple vanilla cake comprised of vanilla mascarpone cream, vanilla genoise, vanilla ganache and vanilla syrup). It's topped with fresh strawberries and a valrhona white chocolate decor. Another is our popular almond cherry mille feuille reinvented. Instead of using our usual roasted almond pastry cream we've replaced with a beautifully contrasting green pistachio pastry cream. Perfectly compliments are nutty caramelized flaky napoleon layers and juicy cherries.
