Plated desserts at our dessert bar!




I get so busy blogging all our patisserie products I forget to make entries of our award winning dessert bar! Here are some beautiful photos taken at our dessert bar of some of our stunningly delectable plated creations. Featured here are our signature chocolate cake and two new items: a strawberry vanilla cream (which is a quadruple vanilla cake comprised of vanilla mascarpone cream, vanilla genoise, vanilla ganache and vanilla syrup). It's topped with fresh strawberries and a valrhona white chocolate decor. Another is our popular almond cherry mille feuille reinvented. Instead of using our usual roasted almond pastry cream we've replaced with a beautifully contrasting green pistachio pastry cream. Perfectly compliments are nutty caramelized flaky napoleon layers and juicy cherries.
