We've come up with an utterly delicious new cupcake flavor! Inspired by our own pastry item, our chocolate raspberry cupcake is perfect for the coming of the warmer months! We use fresh raspberry puree blended into the cake base, topped it with our dark chocolate cupcake and drizzled it with additional raspberry sauce for some extra tangy raspberry flavor! Check it out! It's delicious and will be in stores starting tomorrow!!!

We've do a variety a customized designs that I thought I'd share with you. We did a tonne of lavender dyed flower cupcakes again and this time placed them on this beautiful cupcake tower! For a hello kitty fan, we also did these adorable Hello Kitty cupcakes. Finally, for a Dr seuss play we did these awesome turquoise blue dyed oreo cupcakes with "Thing #" plaques placed on each and every one of them!

We had an extremely busy Tuesday today! We sent tonnes of cupcakes to an event for IP Global's launch of Buying Asia. We dyed hundreds of mini oreo and vanilla cupcakes blue and also customized all the cupcakes with an edible logo plaque! Check out this stunning cupcake tower!
For some wedding news, we made these beautiful lavender colored vanilla cupcakes complete with edible sugar flowera on top. We paired these cupcakes with customized monogram red velvet cupcakes. These cupcakes were packaged in individual boxes for 2 complete matching royal purple ribbon!

As I mentioned we had a huge baby birthday celebration weekend! Other than the fabulous birthday at the peninsula you see below, we also did this awesome cupcake tower for a baby girl's 100 day birthday! We sent over an assortment of cupcakes all decorated with beautiful baby girl milk bottles and pacifiers!
For another fabulous birthday party baby Charlotte, we sent over this beautiful white and pink themed cupcake tower (in snowball and strawberry flavor) complete with fondant plaques cut out in heart shapes and embossed with her initial "C".
We've had an amazing weekend of baby celebrations! To kick start it all, we sent 100s of cupakes all decorated with customized handcrafted 3d fondant decorations in all sorts of animal designs (zebras, tigers, elephants, giraffes and lions) for a beautiful baby 1st birthday celebration at the Peninsula. Check out pics! We put together a beautiful cupcake tower filled with these cupcakes and a lemony cake topper. We also packaged tonnes of cupcakes also with the animal decorations in beautiful party favor boxes!
We catered to a tonne of corporate parties today! For a special celebration at Prudential we sent over tonnes of red velvet cupcakes all customized with their corporate logo. For another celebration over at Morgan Stanley we sent over hundreds of these mini delicious cupcakes with "Thank You" custom fondant plaques. For our third celebration this weekend, we did these cupcakes for Dah Sing Life complete with heart shaped customized logo plaques!

We catered to 3 weddings this weekend. We sent this beautiful tower of mini cupcakes for a wedding in the New Territories. The cupcake tower is made of lemon, vanilla, strawberry and chocolate mini cupcakes. We also decorated the top with a delicious strawberry cake topper!
For another wedding, we sent over a tonne of party favors. The cupcakes were customized with two different designs. One is a beehive design which we've done in the past. Here, we made beehive shaped shortbread cookies to top the cupcakes and also miniature edible fondant bees on top. Since the groom is a huge mountain climbing afficionado, we also made these beautiful heart shaped carabiners to top the rest of the cupcakes. All cupcakes were individually packaged in our party favor box for each and every guest to take away.
For the third wedding, we sent over a tower of beautiful cupcakes to an intimate wedding at the Verandah. Again made of mini cupcakes we stuck to a pink and white theme with strawberry and snowball flavored cupcakes. We also made a vanilla flavored cake topper covered in white fondant and pink ribbon. There's nothing more in season in Spring time than rhubarb and starting today we're introducing a new pastry item called Ivoire. Check out how deliciously gorgeous it looks! It's an almond genoise mousseline cake base, with rhubarb compote, valrhona ivoire mousse, glazed in ivoire neutral glaze, topped with fresh strawberries and and beautiful white chocolate decoration on top.
