New pastry item for Spring!



There's nothing more in season in Spring time than rhubarb and starting today we're introducing a new pastry item called Ivoire. Check out how deliciously gorgeous it looks! It's an almond genoise mousseline cake base, with rhubarb compote, valrhona ivoire mousse, glazed in ivoire neutral glaze, topped with fresh strawberries and and beautiful white chocolate decoration on top. For some extra crunch we've also baked some delicious streusel and decorated the sides of the pastry for some crumbly delectable tidbits! Come by the shop and get one now!
