As we're preparing for the opening of our new patisserie on Queen's Road East, we've been busy in the kitchen coming up with brand new yummy items. This is our latest creation, a vanilla mille feuille. Each layer of home made puff pastry is baked to its golden, crispy, caramelized flakiness and layered with delicious, creamy madagascar bourbon vanilla pastry cream.
