For Rita and Andrew's spectacular wedding at St John's cathedral we created a spectacular Laduree inspired wedding cupcake tower. Laduree, Paris' famed patisserie and is one of everyone's favorites, has beautiful Marie Antoinette inspired pastel packaging. We took the color concept of light green, pink and cream and made a beautifully stunning cupcake tower made of 150 of our delicious strawberry, vanilla and zesty lemon cupcakes. Each layer was divided into different flavors and as our strawberry cupcake fans know, our strawberry cupcakes because of the delicious californian strawberries we blend into the batter and the buttercream naturally comes in pink! We didn't even have to add any food dye!! WE then topped each cupcake with a handcrafted pink sugar butterfly and lined the cupcake tower with light pink ribbon to match the theme!
