New pastry item and more wedding cupcake towers

We're introducing an exciting new member to our pastry selection! It's called "Exotique" and it's comprised of a silky smooth coconut mousse, fresh mangos, almond sponge and a mango and passion fruit compote. A play on a classic Asian dessert combination, perfectly refreshing.

We also catered to two weddings today. Check out the two different wedding cupcake towers. The first one was to the American Club and was comprised of a variety of flavors. We also lined each cupcake with a plaque with each and every guests' name. The other cupcake tower we kept it simple and had it perfectly adorned with simple cupcakes and delivered it to the Renaissance Harbor View hotel.

More corporate cupcakes and party favors!!

We sent out oodles of mini cupcakes with customized "Citi" plaques for Citibank toda! We also packaged oodles of party favors. Check out these beautifully pink ribbon tied red velvet cupcakes for a baby shower at Country Club. Last but not least we also ribbon tied a bunch of party favors made of our delicious raspberry and jasmine macarons!

Corporate cupcakes

We did oodles of cupcakes for Rockspace today! They were all red velvet cupcakes and topped it with a customized Rockspace logo plaque. Each cupcake was individually packaged for each and every guest to take something sweet away home!

Embossed initials cupcake tower and new dessert item at Graham Street

Check out this beautiful cupcake tower we did for a wedding at Azure in LKF hotel. We kept it simple with strawberry and snowball cupcakes and also decorated the strawberry cupcakes with beautiful, pink polka dot lined, heart shaped, initial embossed fondant plaques.

We've also welcomed a new dessert item to our Graham Street dessert menu! Our "Mango Duo" is comprised of a martini glass filled with passion fruit puree, freshly diced mangos, a coconut infused mascarpone cream and almond croustillant for extra crunch. It's also paired with our flaky napoleon layers sandwiched with mangos tossed in mint and basil. It's beautifully plated and perfectly delectable and refreshing!

More mini cupcakes !!

We had another extremely busy morning filled with hundreds of our delicious mini cupcakes!! This time we catered to two events at Lane Crawford and at Singapore International School. Check out how perfectly delectable each of them look!

Oodles of Minis for I.T.!!

It was a super busy morning for us as we churned out over 500 minis and hundreds of regular sized cupcakes for a huge corporate order for I.T.!
We had them beautifully packaged and sent to various I.T. locations across Hong Kong!
