New pastry item and more wedding cupcake towers



We're introducing an exciting new member to our pastry selection! It's called "Exotique" and it's comprised of a silky smooth coconut mousse, fresh mangos, almond sponge and a mango and passion fruit compote. A play on a classic Asian dessert combination, perfectly refreshing.

We also catered to two weddings today. Check out the two different wedding cupcake towers. The first one was to the American Club and was comprised of a variety of flavors. We also lined each cupcake with a plaque with each and every guests' name. The other cupcake tower we kept it simple and had it perfectly adorned with simple cupcakes and delivered it to the Renaissance Harbor View hotel.
