We're introducing a new dessert item at our Graham Street location today. It's a warm chocolate tart paired with an avocado banana compote, caramelized bananas and banana ice cream. Might sound like a bit of a strange element the avocado but it adds the perfect touch of creaminess and tang to our banana compote. The warm chocolate tart and banana ice cream also go hand in hand in a perfect temperature contrast.
