For a very special 4th birthday we made this stunning 6lb Barbie cake. The cake was made of alternating layers of our delicious peanut butter and chocolate chip and dark valrhona chocolate cake. We shaped the cake into a beautiful ball gown, covered it with layers of pink and purple fondant "fabric", and attached beautiful edible sugar flowers and sugar butterflies. We even made a little purple pillow for barbie's stillettos.
