New dessert plates at Sift graham street!

There are two new dessert plates at our graham street dessert bar location that we've recently added to welcome September! One if a variation of strawberries which includes a classic British favorite: Eton Mess. We bake mini meringues then crush it up with strawberries, strawberry puree and fresh whipped cream. We pair the Eton Mess with a crumbly buttermilk shortcake with again fresh strawberries, whipped cream and a homemade strawberry sorbet. Our second dessert is a banana nutella crepe reinvented. We make buttery homemade crepes and layer it with bananas and chocolate sauce. The crepe is also paired with homemade banana ice cream, a praline pastry cream (we even make the praline paste in house) cigarette tuille cookie and a chocolate hazelnut decor. It's a great pairing of contrasting flavors and textures!
